Before setting up THE 2nd TIER®, I spent many years working for the management consulting companies AT Kearney and Accenture, specialising in the field of change management. It was during this time that I discovered what I really loved to do and what I seemed to have a natural talent for - standing in front of groups and talking to them. I also saw the desperate need for improving the quality of communication in the client organisations in which I worked. Since going independent in 1999, I've had the privilege of helping literally thousands of people around the world, at all levels, take their communication skills to another level... and gain 'almost an unfair advantage'. Educationally, I'm a scientist, having studied for a BSc. and a PhD. in Physics. You may be interested to know that in 2006, I appeared as a candidate on the BBC's hit TV business show, ‘The Apprentice’. Fortunately for everyone involved, I only lasted five weeks! |
